Property Management
We take care of individual houses or entire areas (Baan). We do it with our own staff. You get regular information about what it looks like inside and outside your house. In connection with this, you will receive recommendations on what needs to be remedied.
Garden service
Garden services include watering, mowing the lawn and tending trees and shrubs. Of course, special wishes and requirements can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our own gardeners have many years of experience in managing different types of gardens.
Poolservice
The service includes checking and cleaning the pool every three or four days, depending on size and use. With our own staff, we do everything via a checklist to ensure all the steps. A report on the status of the pool can be sent at any time.
Supervision
Our manager supervises, as we check the water supply and electricity, flush all the taps, toilets and start the AC. Check if there has been inside any damage or damage to your house? A report is sent with photos to the homeowner.
Pest Control
Here too, with our own staff, we spray monthly on ants, termites and cockroaches. The spray we use is one of the milder ones available in the Thai market. We also have a guarantee on our work.
Renovation & construction
Feel free to contact us for a quote, we perform all types of renovations and extensions. Here we work with subcontractors. During the work you get pictures of how the work goes. We also perform the final inspection. 1-year warranty is always provided.
