LARF can keep, prepare, hand out and receive keys, while also helping with practical check-in and check-out tasks.
Key handling and check-in
Homeowners who want to rent out their house can use our key service. LARF prepares, hands out and receives keys as needed.
For check-in, we can prepare the house before the tenant arrives. This includes cleaning, checking that the refrigerator, hot water heater and other electrical appliances are working, placing outdoor furniture on the veranda and giving the tenant practical information about the house.
Check-out and cleaning
At check-out we can arrange cleaning and laundry, including washing, drying and folding. Dishes are cleaned and returned to shelves and cabinets after drying.
Cleaning can also be arranged during the tenant's stay according to need, for example every few days.
