Supervision is the basis of our property-care service and gives homeowners regular oversight even when they are not in residence.
What we check
During each visit we check the property inside and outside, including the water supply and electricity. Taps are run, toilets are flushed and the air conditioning is operated briefly.
If damage or another issue is found, a report can be prepared with photos and sent to the homeowner through the agreed communication channel.
