River Kwae 2 days

This excursion is arranged every Tuesday – Wednesday (if you are more than 6 adults, it is also possible to book another day). You will be picked up by transfer from your accommodation at 07:00 and will be back around 17:00 the next day. Day 1. Early in the morning you leave Hua Hin and head north towards Kanchanaburi and River Kwai, but before we get there a boat trip awaits. the floating market in Damnoen Saduak. Once in Kanchanaburi, you visit the JEATH Museum, where prisoners of war tell their silent story through their paintings and images from World War II. Just around the corner from JEATH is the famous bridge. You also visit the war cemetery where over 9,000 Allied prisoners of war are buried.

After a relaxing boat trip on the river, we dock at a floating hotel, where you will spend the night (a little tip is to bring your own flashlight + mosquito repellent).

Day 2. When the morning mist has eased, you first visit the Sai Yok Noi Waterfall for some relaxation and the opportunity to see the famous Death Railway. You can then ride elephants through the jungle and feed them bananas.

After this, a train ride awaits at the Death Railway. The day ends with lunch before returning to Hua Hin.
