• Wet drying of all free floor surfaces.
• Free up the surfaces on tables, bookshelves, sinks, etc. then wet drying.
• Wet drying of the porch and back.
• Cleaning of shower / toilet, cleaning of sinks, wiping of mirrors in the bathrooms.
• New water bottle if "water cooler" is available.
• Checking water, electricity, A / C, water heater and that the refrigerator and freezer are turned on.
< li> Any outdoor furniture is placed on the porch.

• Wet drying of porch
• Cleaning of shower / toilet, cleaning of sinks , wiping of mirrors in the bathrooms.
• Emptying garbage.

To keep up with all the cleaning, the cleaning staff is informed that the first cleaning takes place at 09.00.

This is included in our Basic Cleaning

• Wet drying of all free floor surfaces, as well as wet drying of free surfaces on tables, bookshelves, sinks, etc.
• Wet drying of porch

• Washing and emptying garbage.

• Shutting off water, electricity , A / C, water heater and that items from the refrigerator and freezer are emptied and that the refrigerator and freezer are dried out.
• Sheets and towels are placed in front of the washing machine, washed and put back.
  (NOTE! Applies only to If there is no washing machine, if there is none, the laundry is left to the external laundry facility by our staff. >
• Checking the locking of doors and closing of windows.
• Any outdoor furniture is set in the house.

• Vacuuming of all floor surfaces and carpets, also behind sofas, beds, smaller bookshelves, TV etc., then wet drying of all surfaces.
• Wet drying of the porch and back.
• Removal of all cabinets in the kitchen, vacuuming and wiping. Washing of all crockery.
• Wiping on top of wardrobes.
• Freeing up the surfaces of tables, bookshelves, sinks, etc. then wet drying.
• Cleaning of shower / toilet, cleaning of sinks, wiping of mirrors in the bathrooms.
• Cleaning of lamps in the ceiling.
• Cleaning on top of A / C and cleaning of internal filters. (NOTE! This is not to be equated with A / C service which is much more thorough and also includes control of freon. A / C service can be ordered separately in our product catalog
• Cleaning of mosquito nets and window cleaning of all windows.
• Cleaning of drains from kitchens and bathrooms including water traps.
• Cleaning of ceiling fans in bathrooms.

As the annual cleaning is extensive and time-consuming, it can only be offered during the period March - November when the workload is not as high.
