LARF manages both individual houses and residential areas.

Area management

The basis for the business is area management, which is exclusively managed by own staff, currently around 40 employees. LARF has a CEO who speaks Swedish, English, understands and can talk Thai. The possibility of direct contact with a Swedish CEO gives a sense of security not only for the Swedish-speaking homeowners but also for the growing number of non-Swedish house owners in areas managed by LARF. Currently, there are seven areas, Baan Victoria, Baan Jennie, Baan Fanny, Baan Emma, Baan Lisa, Baan Kim and Villa Vista located on Soi 126, a total of 196 houses, managed by LARF.

Single house management

Many homeowners have poor experience with local contractors, mainly due to language difficulties. Having someone who “passes by and looks at the house” is not enough to detect termites, water leaks or break-ins. LARF has many years of experience in management and knows what needs to be done to make homeowners feel safe both when they are away and when they are present. The basis for good management lies in discussions with homeowners. Starting from the homeowner’s wishes, to create routines, then scheduling how and when the work should be done and ensuring that the homeowner is updated through information is a fundamental principle of LARF.
