Internet in your house
Internet & TV
We understand how important a stable internet connection is for everyone living in our communities. Today, the main providers are AIS (internet) and GTV (internet & TV). Some households also use 3BB (internet only).
The WiFi password for your house is usually found on a label on the router. Please note that IT support is not included in the monthly fee with LARF. Our responsibility is to ensure that your internet account remains active by making sure payments are made on time.
โ ๏ธ Important to know:
Internet in Thailand is not as reliable as in many Western countries.
The level of technical support from providers may differ from what you are used to.
LARF cannot take responsibility for speed or quality, but we do our best to assist when problems occur.
Service requests can be submitted through our website, but please check our troubleshooting guide below before making a report.

Speed Tests
When checking your internet speed in Thailand, please use Speedtest.net or their mobile app.
Please note that connection quality to servers outside Thailand (for example in Europe or the US) can vary, depending on the quality of each link in the chain between Thailand and the destination server.
In general, internet works well for everyday use such as email, browsing, and streaming services like Netflix or YouTube.
IPTV and TV Boxes
Many residents use IPTV boxes to watch international channels. Since these often rely on servers abroad, the quality may vary. In many cases, issues are caused by settings in the TV box rather than by the internet connection itself.
Please note: LARF does not provide support for IPTV boxes. Support and setup are the responsibility of the IPTV provider.
Troubleshooting Guide
Check your router:
Is it connected to power?
Are the indicator lights on or blinking red?
Is the cable between router and computer/TV connected?
For WiFi โ make sure you are connected to your own network.
Test with multiple devices. If one works, the issue lies with the device that does not.
Check your speed via Speedtest.net:
Most providers deliver over 100/100 Mbps.
Older devices may be limited to around 25 Mbps, which can give misleading results.
Important โ Do Not:
Do not log in to your router to change settings unless you have advanced IT knowledge.
Do not press the reset button โ this will completely reset the router to factory settings.
