Homeowners who want to give their house for rent can order key service. LARF manufactures, gives out and receives keys. Check-in service means that we clean the house, make sure the refrigerator, hot water heater and other electric appliances work. We place outdoor furniture on the veranda and provide as much information as possible about the house to the tenant. At check-out service we do laundry service including washing, drying and folding. We clean the dishes and after drying we place the porcelain in shelves and cabinets. We also have cleaning service during your stay and it can be done to your need, for example every 3 days.
