Experienced staff
The company is built with Swedish standards as a basis. Languages spoken among the staff are Swedish, English and Thai. There is expertise in various areas among the staff such as construction and maintenance, documentation to Thai authorities regarding real estate, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and overall knowledge of Thai customs and traditions.
The gardeners have extensive experience of how to best care for tropical plants, how to get rid of unwelcome insects with environmentally friendly pesticides and with an understanding of the quality of the grass to keep the lawns green. When it comes to pool service, the team is well trained in their field and has extensive experience of keeping the water well balanced with salt and chlorine. The cleaning team takes care of the houses indoors and outdoors. All personnel who perform ground work have the best possible equipment to facilitate the work.
