When home owners are not in Thailand and any kind of registration, be it at the land office or the municipality office, a power of attorney is required. The first step is filling in the correct personal data; your full name as in the passport, a power of attorney in Thailand also requires the parents’ names and your full address in the home country, date of birth and passport validity.
