LARF manages both individual houses and residential areas.
Community management
The foundation of our business is community management, which is handled exclusively by our own staff – currently around 40 employees. The possibility of direct contact with a Swedish CEO provides a sense of security, not only for Swedish-speaking homeowners but also for the growing number of international homeowners in the communities managed by LARF.
At present, LARF manages seven communities – Baan Jennie, Baan Fanny, Baan Emma, Baan Lisa, Baan Kim, Villa Vista and Leng Village – comprising a total of approximately 200 houses.
House management
Many homeowners have had poor experiences with local contractors, often due to language barriers. Simply having someone who “drops by to check the house” is not enough to detect termites, water leaks, or break-ins.
LARF has many years of experience in house management and knows what is required to ensure that homeowners feel safe – both when they are away and when they are in residence. The foundation of good management lies in dialogue with the homeowner. Based on their wishes, routines are created, work is scheduled, and the homeowner is kept informed through clear communication – a core principle at LARF.
