Rules of Procedure Baan Fanny
WELCOME to us and our “Rules of Procedure”
It is LARF’s and the homeowners hope that life in the area is characterized by well-being and that they respect the rules that exist so that everyone gets as comfortable a stay as possible. Each homeowner / tenant is jointly responsible for this in consultation with LARF (landowner and manager of the area).
It is the individual’s common sense and responsibility to ensure that one respects and behaves in such a way that one does not unnecessarily disturb other residents in the area.
Generally
Each house has an individual owner whose wish is that the house and area be carefully managed so that it is maintained in the best possible condition. We need everyone’s involvement in it.
Homeowners and tenants are obliged to ensure that no neighbors or others are disturbed. In addition, everything that is required to maintain health, order and good condition, both inside and outside the house, must also be observed.
When living close to each other, it is important to show consideration. For everyone’s enjoyment one should keep the noise level down and between 22:00 – 07:00 always take extra care. Remember! You play music for yourself and not for your neighbor.
Make sure you have the key tag with you when you leave the area in the evening, so that you do not wake the staff when you enter through the gate. NOTE! Please respect the staff’s evening and night rest 21.00-07.00.
We do recycling in our areas. Please throw your garbage in the right thin.
Pets are not allowed in the area, nor are animals allowed to enter the area. Otherwise, we recommend that you do not feed dogs or cats that are adjacent to the area.
Please park cars and mopeds on the areas designated for them.
Tenants are required to report immediately if something breaks down in the house or if other damage occurs, such as water leaks. This is done to the personnel in the field or LARF’s own Managers.
Football is not allowed in the area.
There are sometimes snakes in the area. Do not take care of them yourself, but contact LARF’s personnel immediately.
Swimmingpool
Times for swimming are between 07.00-22.00 and for games between 09.00-20.00. Between 06.00-07.00 the pool is cleaned by the staff. Therefore, no use of the pool is allowed until the staff finishes cleaning the pool.
All stay in and around the pool is at your own risk and it is the parents responsibility to look after their children. The “bomb” is not allowed when others are in the pool.
It is mandatory to shower before bathing – EVERY TIME – because sun oil and sweat significantly degrade water quality.
Swimwear is mandatory for everyone and for small children, swimwear / diapers are mandatory. It is not allowed to bathe in ordinary clothes, e.g. t-shirt but of course it is allowed for children and adults to swim in entire sunscreen.
At the end of the day, please remove toys, towels and other items you brought with you to the pool.
It is not allowed to wash with soap or shampoo in the shower by the pool due to the slipping risk.
Follow other information available at the pool.

No glass bottles / glasses are allowed in the pool / lawn area.
